The food was cheap with plenty of alternatives. The rooms were comfy and mine was unique with comfy bed.

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is excellent. Make sure to get standard room with comfy bed. The hotel has a central location in the centre of town. And it's close enough to the best Muslim restaurant in town, bars, and Thailand.

The breakfast is satisfactory with very good quality, has FINE food.

I greatly enjoyed the location, which was best possible and strategic in city center of Ranong town. The hotel room was new-fashioned and unique with comfy bed. I had perfectly pleasant experience and would stay here again and again...

We got great value for our money at Galla Hotel. The room was modern, clean, and had a comfortable layout. The staff treated us with kindness and were always helpful. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The hotel's decoration was simply delightful, with its charming vintage-style furnishings and cozy ambiance. The general areas were easy to navigate, even for senior people like me, with clear and accessible pathways. The hotel was equipped with helpful amenities such as handrails and spacious elevators, ensuring a comfortable stay for seniors.

Perhaps the only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more patient and understanding. Although they were generally polite and helpful, there were instances where their youthfulness showed, and a little more patience and care towards the needs of senior guests would have made the experience even more enjoyable.

I loved the variety of delicious breakfast options, including ABF, Korean bibimbap, Thai boiled rice, Thai dessert, fruits. the hotel's cafe was a nice addition. the rooms were new, clean, and comfortable, with the best pillows, blankets, and beds I've experienced in Thailand. the pool and gym were also great perks, especially since they were free to use. as a budget traveler, I found all the facilities and amenities at the Galla Hotel to be excellent.

The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance of the Palace and restaurants. It also provides easy access to transportation options, such as airport and boat shuttles, as mentioned in a guest review. The rooms themselves are nicely designed with modern amenities, such as a gym, and the breakfast provides a variety of tasty options.

A bar nearby can be quite disruptive to a peaceful night's sleep, with loud music shaking the hotel until the early hours of the morning, as expressed in a guest's review.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a great selection of food and was very delicious. The location was perfect for me and there were convenient transportation options available.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast had a tasty selection, especially loved the bibimbab. The gym was fantastic, with new machines and helpful instructors. a mind-blowing stay!

The staff, especially Noi, were welcoming, knowledgeable, and funny. The newly renovated rooms were modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good lighting. The pool was lovely and the food was delicious. Don't miss meeting Noi, the golden nugget of this hotel.
